Printronix Reports Profits Drop 27%

Printronix Inc., Irvine manufacturer of computer printers, reported net income of $2.4 million, or 36 cents a share, for the first fiscal quarter, down 27% from the $3.3 million, or 43 cents a share, posted a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended June 25 declined 2% to $44.9 million from $45.7 million.
