Scandiffio Named VP of Pacific Sunwear
Michael J. Scandiffio has been appointed executive vice president of merchandising for Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. Scandiffio had been president of Brooks Bros. Retail. Prior positions include executive vice president of merchandising at American Eagle Outfitters, and president of two divisions of Esprit de Corp.
* Carlos St. Aubyn Beharie, senior vice president and medical director for Health Insurance Plan of New York, has been elected to the board of directors of Biomerica Inc. in Newport Beach.
* Stephen M. Harvey has been appointed quality management leader for Tuttle-Click Automotive Group in Irvine. He was previously training and field development manager for Aon Consulting in the automotive consulting group.
* Joseph J. Garcia has joined Agra Earth & Environmental Inc. as vice president, Southern California. He will be based in the Anaheim office. Garcia has 25 years of design and construction experience.
