The Times Orange County publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports over the weekend:

BREA

* Brea Mall: A burglary was reported at 5:58 p.m. Thursday.

* Kerrwood Street at Foxwood Avenue: Vandalism was reported at 8:58 a.m. Thursday.

* Walnut Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 300 block at 7:21 a.m. Thursday.

COSTA MESA

* Victoria Place: Police shot and wounded a pit bull that charged an officer near South Talbert Regional Park in the 1200 block at 9:35 a.m. Sunday. The dog, a 3-year-old pit bull mix, was taken to a Huntington Beach animal hospital and treated for leg and chest wounds. The dog is expected to recover.

* Adams Avenue: A wallet and its contents worth $240 were stolen from a business in the 1500 block; reported at 8 p.m. July 12.

* Harbor Boulevard: A cellular phone and a radio worth $429 were stolen from a car in the 2700 block; reported at 9:50 p.m. July 12.

* Shamrock Lane: A toolbox worth $615 was stolen from a garage in the 1400 block during the evening of July 12.

DANA POINT

* Caribbean Drive: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 32000 block at 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

* Del Prado Avenue: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 24000 block at 8:29 p.m. Thursday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Harbor Boulevard: A man struck the door of a moving van with a club because it was blocking his parked car in the 16400 block at 11:01 a.m. Tuesday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* San Diego Freeway at Magnolia Street: Report of a traffic collision in the northbound lanes at 9:41 a.m. Sunday. There were no injuries.

* Veronica Drive: Two teenagers threw firecrackers at passing cars in the 9100 block at 9:52 p.m. Tuesday.

IRVINE

* Duranzo Aisle: A $75 pen set and $25 in cash were stolen from a locked, ’91 Plymouth Colt in the 400 block; reported at 4:57 p.m. Thursday.

* Main Street: The passenger-side front window of a white Ford Expedition was smashed and a briefcase and sunglasses were stolen in the 2100 block; reported at 6:11 a.m. Thursday.

* Stanford: CDs, a stereo, speaker box and miscellaneous items were stolen from a ’92 Honda Civic in the 900 block; reported at 5:54 a.m. Thursday.

* Fortune Drive: Fourteen ties worth $350 were reported stolen from a Too Sexy Tie cart in the 70 block at 12:27 a.m. Wednesday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Bern Drive: A report of a house burglarized in the 3100 block at 9:10 p.m. Thursday. A mountain bike was stolen.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Derby Hill Drive: A woman reported that $5,000 in cash was stolen from her residence in the 25300 block between noon July 12 and 10 a.m. Tuesday.

* Crown Valley Parkway at Golden Lantern Street: Report of a suspicious person at 3:17 p.m. Thursday.

* Old Ranch Road: A person was cited for reckless driving in the 100 block at 12:07 p.m. Thursday.

* Seaspray: A disturbance was reported at a party in the 100 block at 12:30 a.m. Thursday.

LAKE FOREST

* Anthony Drive: Report of a loud party in the 22000 block at 1:07 a.m. Thursday.

* Buckland Lane: Report of a loud party in the 23000 block at 10:45 p.m. Thursday.

* Normandale Drive: Report of a reckless driver at 4:15 p.m. Thursday.

LOS ALAMITOS

* Los Alamitos Boulevard: Report of someone sleeping in a parking lot, blocking vehicles, in the 11300 block at 3:56 p.m. Tuesday.

MISSION VIEJO

* La Paz Road: Deputies responded to a report of a reckless driver in the 26000 block at 11:42 a.m. Thursday.

* Medical Center Drive: Report of gunshots fired in the 27000 block at 9:42 p.m. Thursday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* MacArthur Boulevard: A cellular phone worth $254 was stolen from a car in the 4600 block at 8 a.m. Wednesday.

PLACENTIA

* Placentia Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 600 block at 8:09 a.m. Thursday.

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: A grand theft was reported in the 900 block at 5:11 p.m. Thursday.

* North El Camino Real: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 1000 block at 12:33 a.m. Thursday.

* Avenida de la Grulla: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 100 block at 7:29 a.m. Thursday.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Paseo Carolina: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 32000 block at 12:55 a.m. Thursday.

SEAL BEACH

* Sun Flower Circle: Report of a dog drowned in a swimming pool in the 3600 block at 9:50 p.m. Wednesday.

* Lampson Avenue: A cellular phone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle; reported at 4:16 p.m. Wednesday.

* Seal Beach Boulevard: A man was arrested near Bradbury Road on suspicion of forging a check about 4 p.m. Wednesday.

WESTMINSTER

* Edwards at Homer streets: Police arrested six people in connection with an attempted gang-related carjacking at 4:18 a.m. Sunday. Police said the would-be carjackers, one wielding a large knife, another a club, walked up to a man in a car and demanded that he get out. The victim sped off and called police.

* Moran Street: Fire officials were investigating the source of a fire that charred a mattress at 9:30 p.m. Saturday. Police believe a transient ignited the fire.

* Bolsa Avenue: A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 8900 block at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

* Westminster Boulevard: A man was arrested on suspicion of burglary in the 8500 block at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday.

YORBA LINDA

* Imperial Highway at Valley View Avenue: A grand theft was reported at 9:52 a.m. Thursday.

* Orange Drive: A grand theft was reported in the 16000 block at 10:31 p.m.

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: A grand theft was reported in the 18000 block at 2:59 p.m. Wednesday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

FOOTHILL RANCH

* Parrell Avenue: Deputies responded to a traffic hazard in the 100 block at 5:38 p.m. Wednesday.
