Orange County Sheriff Mike Carona will be the guest speaker when the Chamber of Commerce honors the 1998 San Juan Capistrano Man and Woman of the Year. The July 31 ceremony will also include the installation of the 1999-2000 chamber officers and directors. The event begins at 6 p.m. at the Ranch Capistrano Conference Center and costs $30 per person.
