* Woodland Hills-based Foundation Health Systems Inc. said it has reached a definitive agreement to sell two hospitals to Healthplus Corp. of Houston. Terms were not disclosed. The two hospitals are the 180-bed Memorial Hospital of Gardena and East Los Angeles Doctors Hospital, a 127-bed facility in Los Angeles. The sales are part of Foundation’s ongoing strategy to focus on its core health-plan operations.
