Sheriff’s Deputies Seek Help in Finding Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating three people wanted for failing to appear in court on various criminal charges. Warrants have been issued in each case.

Yvonne Perez, who also uses the last names of Rodriguez, Duenas and Hernandez, was arrested on suspicion of possessing dangerous drugs. She posted bail but failed to appear for court, authorities said.

Perez, 33, is from the Oxnard area but may be homeless. At the time of her arrest in January, she was unemployed.

ACME Bail Bond Co. is willing to pay reward money if information is provided that leads to her arrest, authorities said.

Perez is Latina, 5 feet 6, 150 pounds and has red hair and brown eyes. She has a rose tattoo on her chest and some sort of symbol tattooed on her right hip.

David Dana Miller, also known as Richard David, 36, was arrested in January on suspicion of possessing dangerous drugs, credit card theft and probation violations.

He bailed out of jail but failed to appear in court, authorities said.

Miller was last known to have lived in the 2200 block of Gloryette Avenue in Simi Valley. He has also lived in Ventura and Ojai. He last worked as a self-employed plumber.

Authorities also want to interview Miller in connection with a forgery case.

Miller is white, 6 feet 4, 240 pounds and has blond hair and green eyes.

Richard Castaneda Marquez, also known as Richard Marquez Castenada, 30, was arrested in March on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

He was booked into jail and posted bail but failed to appear in court, authorities said.

His last-known address was in the 2100 block of Nelson Place in Oxnard. Authorities contacted his family members at that address and were told that Marquez had moved. Authorities believe he still resides in Oxnard, possibly with his girlfriend. He has also lived in Simi Valley, Ventura and Ojai. His last-known job was as a pipe fitter.

Authorities also want to interview Marquez in connection with a forgery case.

Marquez is Latino, 5 feet 10, 175 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
