Adobo, the classic pork dish of the Philippines, is highly seasoned with garlic, vinegar and soy sauce. That makes it great sandwich filling, as in the adobo rolls at Red Ribbon Bake Shop. Red Ribbon also makes siopao, the Filipino version of Chinese barbecued pork buns. The golden brown adobo rolls are baked; siopao are steamed. Both reheat in a few seconds in the microwave.
