MISSION VIEJO
Recreation and Community Services Commission members took a tour of the city’s parks and recreation centers Tuesday to better acquaint themselves with the facilities. The City Council recently appointed three new members to the commission, and the tour gave them a chance to see many of the ongoing projects in the city. The tour hit about 20 areas, including several parks, the skateboard facility and Olympiad Park, set to open in August.
