Startex Sells N. Hollywood Building, Buys in Pacoima

Startex, North Hollywood, has purchased a 108,000-square-foot building in Pacoima from Zero Corp. for $6 million, according to Delphi Business Properties, which brokered the deal.
The facility houses the Stantron Division of Zero Corp., which is relocating to a 170,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Valencia Gateway Center, due to be ready for occupancy in October.
Delphi also reported that it has sold Startex’s 10,370-square-foot North Hollywood facility.
Delphi Business Properties, based in Van Nuys, is an industrial real estate broker serving the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas.
