The city is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone who vandalizes property with graffiti. Cellular phone bills for reporting calls are also covered. The program is an effort to reduce blight and deterioration. The city will also purchase a graffiti removal machine that can match the color of any building.
