Banco Popular Seeks Mexican Heritage Art
Banco Popular is soliciting entries to an art contest in which the selected work celebrating Mexican heritage will be used in a Visa ad campaign.
The artwork will be embossed on the bank’s new Mexican heritage Visa card, to be launched in the fall. The winning artist will receive a cash prize of $5,000.
A yearlong traveling exhibition of selected entries will be exhibited at Banco Popular branches.
Slides or transparencies of entries should be sent to Mexican Heritage Art Contest, Solis Advertising & Public Relations, 370 17th St., Suite 3280, Denver, Colo., 80202 and postmarked no later than June 10.
