Isn’t it just wonderful that the Los Angeles County Art Commission and the Valley Cultural Center could give $2,500 for teenage mothers to improve their self-esteem by dying diapers with Kool-Aid?
These girls have expressed their “creativity” at a very early age, and I for one as a taxpayer could find better uses for my hard-earned tax money.
At 14, 15, 16, these mothers are still children themselves. What kind of mothers are they prepared to be at the age of 14 when they become pregnant; how to be economically creative and productive women and citizens?
You still can buy a lot of condoms for $2,500.
