This list, compiled by Zacks Investment Research, shows the top 15 stocks based on a screen that gives equal weight to analysts’ consensus rating (1 equals “strong buy”; 5 equals “strong sell”) and the percentage change, over the last four weeks, in that rating. The Times does not recommend any of these stocks--remember, analysts make plenty of bad calls. But the list may offer ideas for further research.
