Real Estate Experts to Review Year’s Outlook
Speakers from a host of real estate development firms, brokerages and related companies will review the outlook for the industry at a midyear forecast June 28 at Century Plaza Hotel in Century City.
Featured speakers at the daylong meeting will include Preston Butcher, chairman of Legacy Partners; Victor Coleman, president of Arden Realty Inc.; Richard Ortwein, president of Koll Development Co.; Stan Ross, vice chairman of E&Y; Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group and newly named chairman of the Lusk Center for Real Estate at USC; and William Wilson III, chairman of Cornerstone Properties Inc.
Topics will cover emerging trends and industry issues to be discussed by panels on economics, finance, development, real estate investment trusts, institutional investing, brokerage and efforts to revitalize Hollywood.
The forecast is presented by Beverly Hills-based Real Estate Conference Group and sponsored by more than a dozen real estate companies, business newspapers and other real estate-related firms.
