The City Council will consider adopting a seven-year plan for spending its share of Measure M funds. The meeting is being held at 6:30 tonight in the Community Meeting Center, 11300 Stanford Ave. Measure M is the half-cent sales tax passed by Orange County in 1990 to fund transportation improvements. Each year, local agencies are required to submit documentation to the Orange County Transportation Authority to keep their share of Measure M funds.
