Forty single-family, attached units will be built on 20 lots at 2700 W. Alton Ave., under a plan approved recently by the City Council. The homes will be built on 230,395 square feet of land owned by the Segerstrom Foundation. The development, proposed by Paragon Homes, is amid a packing house, a railroad spur, duplex rental units, the Santa Ana Unified School District warehouse and a shopping center.
