New Charter
Re “New City Charter Appears Headed for Easy Victory,” June 9: How sweet it is! A new century, a new charter and a city poised for true greatness. Kudos to Mayor Dick Riordan, the two charter commissions and, most of all, the voters of Los Angeles for looking toward the future.
