The Kiwanis Club of Orange recently awarded its 1999 Key Club medallion and a $500 scholarship to Orange High School senior Marc Cruise. The honor is given to high school Key Club members demonstrating outstanding community service. Last year, Cruise called bingo games for seniors, helped refurbish his school’s faculty restroom and helped set up a carnival for elementary school children.
