New President Named

Toshiba America Medical Systems, a Tustin-based unit of Toshiba Corp., said Wednesday that Hiromitsu Igarashi has been named president, replacing Masamichi Katsurada, who was named vice president of Toshiba Medical Systems in Japan. Toshiba America said Igarashi most recently was group manager of the strategic planning and marketing group in Japan.
