Westminster School District trustees are expected to vote tonight on a proposed $55.7-million budget for 1999-2000, an increase of $1.4 million from the current year. The board will also discuss a proposed state Assembly bill that seeks to add sexual orientation to the state’s anti-discrimination laws for students.
