Priceline.com Inc. tapped AT&T; Corp. executive Dan Schulman as its president and chief operating officer, effective July 1. Schulman, 41, has been with AT&T; for 18 years, most recently as president of its consumer markets division. He is the third top executive in 12 months to leave AT&T;’s consumer services division, which the phone giant is restructuring in a move to stem market share losses. At Priceline.com, Schulman will replace Jesse Fink, also 41, who was hired as chief operating officer at Walker Digital, the intellectual property laboratory that invented Priceline’s pricing system. AT&T; said H. Eugene Lockhart, 49, who was named chief marketing officer in January, will replace Schulman.
