Fields Aircraft Spares Retains Investment Help

In an attempt to bolster its growth strategy, Fields Aircraft Spares in Simi Valley has retained the New York-based Investment Banking Division of Robb Peck McCooey Institutional Services.
Last year, Fields acquired two subsidiaries and increased its revenues by 97% over the prior fiscal year. Company officials said Robb Peck McCooey will assist Fields in increasing its growth momentum through corporate finance and acquisition activities.
Fields Aircraft Spares--through its subsidiaries Fields Aero Management, Flightways Manufacturing and Skylock Industries--manufactures aircraft cabin interior replacement products and is a redistributor for factory parts used by commercial aircraft models and manufacturers.
