Cal Lutheran Creates Honor Society Chapter

Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks has formed a chapter of Sigma Beta Delta, a national honor society for undergraduate and graduate students majoring in business management and administration.
The chapter’s first 23 members, all 1999 graduates, were welcomed to the society during an induction ceremony last month.
To qualify for membership, undergraduates must have at least a 3.5 grade-point-average overall and in their major. MBA students must have at least a 3.9 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Sigma Beta Delta, headquartered in St. Louis, was founded in 1994 to recognize outstanding students in the business disciplines. It has more than 140 chapters in 39 states.
