* Music. The gala opening weeks at the Hollywood Bowl continue. The Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular will be heard and seen three times, July 2-4, all at 7:30 p.m. in the 18,000-seat showplace. Peter, Paul and Mary appear at those performances, along with John Mauceri and the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra. The classical season begins July 6, when Adam Fischer conducts the L.A.
