American Commercial Bank Offers Mortgage Section

American Commercial Bank has established a full-service mortgage department in all of its branches.

Richard E. Ballard has been appointed vice president and manager for the department. Dee Dee Hodge has been assigned to the County Center branch in Ventura; Ted Sanchez will be in the downtown Oxnard branch; Mike Patton will be working in the Camarillo branch, and Sally Rumley-Woodin will maintain an office in the Oxnard Financial Plaza.

American Commercial Bank is based in Ventura.
