The City Council recently approved an office swap with Campus Crusade for Christ. The religious organization--which currently leases office space from the city--will provide a ground-floor, 970-square-foot office and $17,000 in improvements for a city Emergency Planning Office in exchange for a 1,300-square-foot vacant office on the second floor of the same building. The new city office will also house the Code Enforcement Volunteer program. Information: (949) 361-8200.
