FULLERTON
Yolanda McComb has been appointed principal of Richman Elementary School, beginning with the 1999-2000 school year. McComb served as assistant principal at Richman for three years before she was appointed acting principal in September. She has taught in the Fullerton School District since 1981. McComb is in the administrative doctoral program at the University of LaVerne and expects to finish this month.
