* South Harbor Boulevard: Report of a forced commercial burglary in the 1600 block at 3:30 a.m. Friday.

* North Ridgeway Street: Report of a forced residential burglary in the 100 block at 12:05 p.m. Friday.

* Lincoln at Magnolia avenues: A person was arrested for prostitution at 5:15 p.m. Friday.

BREA

* Orange Freeway at Lambert Road: Report of a traffic accident at 12:04 p.m. Sunday. A 30-year-old Brea woman and a 50-year-old Brea man were injured.

BUENA PARK

* Manchester Boulevard: A caller in the 6000 block reported at 11:59 a.m. Saturday that he left his cellular phone worth $150 on top of his car and drove off.

COSTA MESA

* Wilson Avenue: A car stereo worth $215 was stolen in the 500 block during the evening of Feb. 24.

* Bear Street: Several items of clothing worth $290 were stolen from a store in the 3300 block at 4:50 p.m. Feb. 24.

CYPRESS

* Valley View Street: Report of a burglarized 1997 red Nissan pickup in the 9800 block at 3:40 p.m. Feb. 24. Compact discs and a CD player were stolen.

* Newcastle Lane: Report of a residential burglary in the 9800 block at 2:51 p.m. Thursday. Someone kicked in the rear porch door and took miscellaneous jewelry and $500 in coins.

* Kristen Street: Report of a residential burglary in the 10300 block at 4:30 p.m. Thursday. A 9-millimeter handgun, camera and $100 were missing.

* Brookhurst Street: Someone broke into a business in the 18100 block and stole costume jewelry and antique toys; reported at 7 a.m. Saturday.

FULLERTON

* West Commonwealth Avenue: Report of a residential burglary in the 2300 block at 3:57 p.m. Thursday.

* Ellis Lane: Report of a grand theft in the 600 block at 4:45 p.m. Thursday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Clinton Street at Trask Avenue: Police pulled over a car that had been driving with a flat tire at 10 p.m. Sunday. The driver did not stop and led police on a high-speed chase. The driver struck a concrete fence and stopped just east of a flood control channel, then fled on foot and disappeared. The vehicle had been stolen earlier in the day.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Pacific Coast Highway: A resident reported that a CD player was stolen from his Jeep in the 1400 block at 8:15 a.m. Thursday.

* Yorktown Avenue at Main Street: A man reported being the victim of road rage when another driver kicked the right front side of his auto at 11:22 a.m. Thursday.

IRVINE

* Culver Drive: Report of stolen paint equipment from a storage unit in the 14200 block at 7:13 a.m. Monday.

* Chagall Avenue: Report of stolen 1989 GMC van in the 14000 block at 7:30 a.m. Monday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* South Coast Highway: A laptop computer, valued at $2,000, was reported stolen from a restaurant in the 400 block Sunday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Los Alamitos Boulevard: An employee was arrested on suspicion of embezzlement at his workplace near Catalina Street after police reported finding a drill worth $233 in his car at 12:16 p.m. Thursday.

* Cherokee Avenue: Report of a residential burglary in the 300 block at 12:01 p.m. Monday; a bike was stolen from a garage, value undetermined.
