City officials said Wednesday that they are in talks with Telega community property developers about purchasing a 32,000-square-foot parcel at Avenida Victoria as the possible home of the new senior center. The San Clemente Library, which houses the senior center, is looking to expand and needs the center’s space. Information: (949) 361-8200.
