Beech Street-Capp Care Merger Completed

Two major networks of doctors and hospitals--Beech Street Corp. in Irvine, and Capp Care in Newport Beach--completed their merger, the companies announced Thursday.

The combined company, based in Irvine, will be called Beech Street. It will encompass more than 300,000 individual physician locations and more than 4,000 hospitals coupled with more than 100,000 specialty/ancillary providers who will provide services to almost 18 million enrollees/beneficiaries, the companies said.
