April 30 is the deadline for parents to submit requests for “parental choice” open enrollment transfers in the Garden Grove Unified School District. Transfer requests are to be submitted to the district’s Child Welfare and Attendance Office, located at the district Education Center, 10331 Stanford Ave., Garden Grove.
