Illinois Brokerage Buys Goodman Insurance

Illinois-based insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said Wednesday that it acquired Goodman Insurance Agency Inc. of Laguna Niguel. Terms were not disclosed.

Goodman, which was established in 1978, specializes in insurance for artisan contractors and hospitals, Gallagher said.
