FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The Fountain Valley School District adopted revisions to its promotion acceleration and retention policy at its March 11 meeting to comply with state law. The revised policy indicates that the school board will receive midyear and end-of-year reports listing the number of students who are at risk of being left behind, as well as an annual report on the number of students who participate in the remediation program.
