Sheriff’s Department Seeks Help in Finding 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four fugitives wanted on suspicion of crimes ranging from assault with a deadly weapon to child abuse.

Anthony Garcia, 25, is on parole from the California Youth Authority and is wanted on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence and making terrorists threats, according to the Sheriff’s Department.

He last lived in the 900 block of Walnut Canyon Road in Moorpark.

Garcia is Latino, 5 feet 9, 200 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has “El Tiger” tattooed on the right side of his neck and the number 13 on his left ear.

Kimberly Joan Smith, 38, who also uses the last names Dominguez, Johnson, Mills, Granza and Zirias, has failed to appear in court on charges of drug sales, child abuse and drunk driving, authorities said.

She has also allegedly violated the terms of her probation on convictions of driving under the influence and drug possession. She is a fugitive from Texas, according to the Sheriff’s Department.

Smith is white, 5 feet 7, 120 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Raymond Suarez, 26, who was released from jail on his promise to appear in court on charges of possessing and being under the influence of drugs, has failed to appear, authorities said.

Suarez last lived in the 200 block of South D Street in Oxnard.

He is Latino, 6 feet, 200 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has faces tattooed on his right arm and “Raymond JR” and “Joseph” on his left arm.

Shaunna Leah Kennedy, 33, also known as Shaunna Sisco and Shaunna Riessen, was convicted three times of being under the influence of drugs; she was also convicted of petty theft and petty theft with a prior conviction.

She was arrested again on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs, a violation of her probation, according to the Sheriff’s Department.

Kennedy is white, 5 feet 4, 120 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
