Council members tonight are expected to approve a $107,968 contract with CompUSA for a computer upgrading project. Included are the purchase of 31 personal computers that are Y2K compliant and the creation of a centralized networking system to increase office efficiency, City Manager Terry Matz said. The council meets at 6:30 p.m. in chambers, 7800 Katella Ave.
