Metrolink Plan Includes Land for Housing
Plans for a Metrolink station to be built in conjunction with affordable houses and a day-care facility were praised by transit officials Monday as a model for similar transit-oriented development in Orange County.

The land purchase from the county’s flood control district would be financed through a partnership that includes the city, Cal State Fullerton and a developer. University officials want to build 90 units of townhomes for faculty members.
