VILLA PARK
Councilwoman Patricia Bortle unveiled a report Tuesday aimed at reducing traffic congestion around the city’s four schools. The report, prepared by traffic consultant Hartzog & Crabill Inc., suggests that school buses unload students on school property instead of on the street. It also recommends creating more unloading zones for parents along Taft Street and at nearby Villa Park Elementary School and Villa Park High School.
