IBM-Telefonica Venture

IBM Corp. and Telefonica unveiled a partnership to sell more services to Spanish-speaking telecommunications customers. Terms of the 10-year pact were not disclosed, but analysts estimate the overall value at $4 billion to $6 billion. The companies will offer data transmission, video and other enhanced services in Spain and in Latin America.
