Fire Extends Wizards’ Drought, 3-0

Ante Razov had two goals and an assist Saturday night as the Chicago Fire defeated the Kansas City Wizards, 3-0, before 15,509 at Kansas City, extending the Wizards’ MLS-record scoreless streak to 460 minutes.

Razov has four goals and two assists in the first two games for the Fire.

The Wizards’ scoreless streak dates to last Sept. 5.

San Jose 3, Colorado 2--Raul Diaz Arce converted the winning shot in the sixth round of the tiebreaker to give the Clash a shootout victory over the Rapids in front of 8,841 at San Jose.

Diaz Arce pushed a shot past goalkeeper Marcus Hahnemann after the Rapids’ Peter Vermes sent his sixth-round shootout attempt wide left.
