Klingspor Leasing Building in Oxnard

Klingspor Abrasives, a sandpaper manufacturing company based in Germany, is relocating from Ventura to Oxnard with the lease of a 40,000-square-foot building at Foxbourgh Park.

The company is expected to open for business next month in the new building in McInnes Ranch Business Park.

Foxbourgh Park is a development of B.L.T. Enterprises, a local business that has increased its real estate portfolio through development within McInnes Ranch.

CB Richard Ellis in Ventura represented both parties in the long-term lease agreement.
