City staff will hold a public meeting tonight to discuss plans for four new cul-de-sacs on Santa Clara Avenue and Camino Capistrano. The cul-de-sacs are designed to eliminate through traffic on Santa Clara Avenue, an often-used shortcut. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in City Council chambers, 33282 Golden Lantern, Suite 210.
