The Police Department will hold its 12th annual Police Memorial Service at 5 p.m. May 20 at the Police Department, 11301 Acacia Parkway. The new Police Memorial Plaza honoring the five Garden Grove officers slain in the line of duty will be unveiled. Information: (714) 741-5909.
