Deputies Seek Public’s Help in Locating 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four fugitives wanted for not showing up at jail to serve time or violating probation. Warrants have been issued in each case.

Nancy Martinez Garcia, who also uses the last names Martinez and Molina, 47, was convicted of possessing narcotics and placed on probation, which authorities said she has violated.

Garcia last lived in the 3600 block of Orange Drive in Oxnard. She is Latina, 5 feet 2, 215 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She has two tattoos, one of a marijuana plant on her left ankle and another with hearts and the word “Guero.”

Raymond Leo Martin Cabral, also known as Leo Mark Cabral, 40, was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and released from jail on his promise to appear in court. Cabral, who has three prior drug convictions, has violated his probation in the previous cases and has failed to appear in court in the most recent case, authorities said.

Cabral is Latino, 6 feet, 170 pounds, and has brown and brown eyes. He has tattoos of a dolphin on his chest and a sun on his left shoulder.

Ralph Joseph Morales, 22, was convicted of possessing a dangerous weapon and placed on probation. He is wanted for violating probation and for several outstanding traffic tickets.

Morales is Latino, 5 feet 8, 195 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He has the name “Dominic” tattooed on his neck.

Jason Allen Gibbens, 29, was convicted of burglary and writing bad checks and sentenced to serve 180 days in county jail. Authorities said Gibbens failed to report to jail.

Gibbens is white, 5 feet 7, 170 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes.
