Zoning authorities opposed a request to allow construction of an attached two-car garage proposed to be built alongside an existing garage in the 10300 block of Via Corta Street. Zoning officials opposed the request because the proposed garage did not meet guidelines regarding how far such structures need to be set back from property lines.
