THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

Share

The Times Orange County publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Monday:

When an officer approached the man, he threw an unidentified object between two parked cars and an altercation ensued between the suspect and the officer, Sgt. Joe Vargas said. The man violently resisted attempts to handcuff him; a civilian ride-along passenger tried to help officers, but the suspect bit the passenger in the right forearm, causing minor injury, police said.
