Sheriff’s Department Seeks Help in Locating 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four fugitives wanted on suspicion of committing perjury, violating probation or failing to appear in court.

Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Paula Marie French, 29, also know as Paula Quinn and Paula Buss, was convicted of possessing drugs, a dangerous weapon and drugs for sale. Deputies said she has violated the terms of her probation.

French is white, 5 feet 4, 135 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.

Daniel David Provencio, 22, was convicted of possessing drugs and being under the influence of drugs. Deputies said he also has violated the terms of his probation.

Provencio is Latino, 5 feet 5, 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. His tattoos include “Coch” on his stomach, “Provencio” on his back, “East” on his left forearm and “Side” on his right forearm.

Reginal Stanley Cobian, 22, was arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs. His family posted bail for him, and deputies said he failed to appear in court.

Cobian last lived in the 1200 block of H Street in Oxnard.

He is white, 5 feet 7, 210 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

The name “Rebecca” is tattooed on his left ring finger.

Alex Amador Curiel, 23, is wanted on suspicion of committing perjury. Deputies say he has also violated the terms of his probation for convictions of drunk driving and driving without a license.

Curiel was last known to have lived in Oxnard. He is Latino, 5 feet 6, 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
