LAGUNA HILLS
The City Council on Tuesday approved final plans for nearly $400,000 in improvements at El Conejo Park. The plans include a new play area for young children with slides, ladders, swings and parallel bars. A teen section will include chin-up bars and an arm challenge game. Public Works director Kenneth Rosenfield said construction is scheduled to begin in the fall, with completion before next summer.
