Water quality issues dominate Tuesday’s City Council agenda.
What was originally billed as a special meeting between water quality activists and city officials has grown into a workshop with no other items on the agenda.
Larry Honeybourne, supervisor of the Orange County environmental health protection agency, will discuss the health aspects of water quality.
Orange County Supervisor Tom Wilson will focus on enhancing the quality of Aliso Creek.
From Laguna Beach, City Manager Kenneth C. Frank and City Engineer Steve May will discuss sewer treatment and spills.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in City Hall council chambers, 505 Forest Ave. The public will have an opportunity to address or question city officials.
