Bax Global’s Faber Named Division V.P.

* Doug Faber has been named vice president, U.S. Western division for Irvine-based Bax Global Inc. He was previously vice president, purchased transportation. Before joining Bax, Faber was a founding partner of Spectrum Logistics Inc. In addition, Peter Gruettner has been appointed vice president of Ocean Services. Before joining the company, he was president of Ecu-Line-USA, and president of Conterm-USA.

* Michael Krause has joined Wunderman Cato Johnson in Irvine as associate creative director. He will work on the Taco Bell account. Krause was formerly senior art director with the Integer Group in Lakewood, Colo.

* Dick Braun has been appointed chief technology officer of eLiberation.com Corp., an Irvine developer of Internet commerce and research software applications. Braun was formerly senior project manager with PacifiCare. He also founded FormNet Inc., a software design, development and marketing firm.
