The Planning Commission told a group of angry neighbors Tuesday it would review the city’s more than 20-year-old laws regulating the parking of recreational vehicles in front of houses.
A group of 20 neighbors living on Mulberry Street, Chestnut Avenue and Lantana Avenue were recently warned by the city to move their boats, trailers and RVs 25 feet away from the sidewalk.
Neighbors complained they had been storing their vehicles in the same manner for years before they received warnings from the city. Commissioner Ron Garcia told the residents the Planning Commission would take another look at the law.
